Route 66

This leg of Route 66 takes you through the state of Missouri. Begin your trip at the McKinley Bridge, in St. Louis, and make your way west, out of the city. Be sure to check out one of the most famous Route 66 attractions, Ted Drewes Frozen Custard Stand on Chippewa Street, before hitting the city limits. Once outside St. Louis, in Sunset Hills, you will leave the old road and get on US-44 until you reach the small town of Eureka, home to Route 66 State Park. From here you will be able to stay off the freeway and on Route 66 through the town of Rolla.
